The purposes of this research are to study: 1) characteristics of graduates in local government program in 21st century according to the expectations of the local government organization Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya province and 2) compare characteristics of graduates in local government program in 21st century according to the expectations of the local government organization Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya province classified by status of answerer. The sample is selected from 114 administrators of the local government organization Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya province by stratified random sampling. The research instrument used was a five-rating scale with the reliability at .86. The statistical tools used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation, t-test, F test and LSD.
The results indicates that: 1) as a whole, characteristics of graduates in local government program in 21st century according to the expectations of the local government organization Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya province at a high level, the highest average was information, media and information technology skills, followed by life and work skills and the lowest average was learning and innovation skills; and 2) administrators of the local government organization with differences in age and educational background difference in the expectations at the significant level of .05.
