Strategy Strategy on Education management in Leading Buddhist Way Schools of Nongbua Lamphu Province.

Abstract

The Article on the strategy of Education management of Leading Buddhist Schools in Nongbua Lamphu Provinci was mixed – method research included  qualitative Research and

Qualitative the research. The Objectives  were 1) to create the strategy on the education management in the leading Buddhist way schools, 2) to create the model on education management in Leading Buddhist Way Schools and 3) to evaluate the model on education management of Leading Buddhist Way  Schools in  Nongbua Lamphu Province . The purposive samples were 9 schools for the leading buddhist way schools of Nongbua Lamphu Province. The instruments using for data collecting included memory model for document analysis,  model of interview and  model of observation. The steps of research were as follows : 1) A study on documents such as handbooks and textbooks concerning on the instruments as mentioned above, 2) Creation of memmory model for memery and analysis of the documents, interview model and model of observation and 3) Present on memory model and analysis of documents, interview model and the model of observation.

The results of Findings were as follows :

1. The Results of study on current problems of the Leading buddhist way schools on emphasis were on development for the students by using the principle of triple education as sila (precept), smathi (concentration) and panya (wisdom) on integration. The students were on learning through the development on eating, residing and listening by using the moral principle of buddhism. The important emphasis was on bringing the moral principle of the buddha on development for the students on being good friendship by the principle of triple education.
2. The Results of creation the strategy on education management in  leading Buddhist way schools for overall were founded that the wise people played attention for the concepts on outline and supported the model on the Leading Buddhist Way Schools of Nongbua Lamphu Prouince. So, the mentioned model was the model on problems solving and for development of the leading Buddhist way schools as mentioned above for overall.
3. The results of evaluation on the strategy for the Leading Buddhist Way Schools of Nongbua Lamphu Province by the wise people was founded that the model was appropriated for overall in the high level and in possibility for overall and was in the highest level.
