The objective of this research was to study the canonical correlation between the quality of life on working and the corporate commitment for the bank employees of agricultural bank and agricultural cooperative in the area of nongbua lamphu province. This research was quantitative research using for study survey research from the questionnaires. The samples were 110 persons from the bank employees of agricultural bank and agricultural cooperative in the area of nongbua lamphu province. The instruments using for data collecting were questionnaires. The statistics using for data analysis included frequency , percentage , mean , standard deviation , skewness , kurtosis , pearson product moment correlation and canonical correlation analysis. The results of findings were as followers : The canonical correlation analysis between the quality of life on working and the corporate commitment for the bank employees of agricultural bank and agricultural cooperative in the area of nongbua lamphu province was founded that the both variables were on high level for positive canonical correlation and relation for overall and they were on the same direction for relation.
