แนวทางการพัฒนาการให้บริการห้องปฏิบัติการคอมพิวเตอร์ของ งานเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏศรีสะเกษ

บทคัดย่อ

A Study of Guidelines for the Development of Computer Laboratory Services of the Information and Technology Office, Sisaket Rajabhat University was with the following objectives: 1) To study the conditions of computer laboratory services of the Information and Technology Office; 2) To study the guidelines for providing computer laboratory services of the Information and Technology Office, Sisaket Rajabhat University. The research sample were 369 students, including the students of all levels of Sisaket Rajabhat University who used the computer laboratory services during semester 2, academic year 2020. The research instrument was questionnaire. The data was analyzed by using frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation.The research findings were as following: 1. The conditions of the computer laboratory services of the Information and Technology Office, Sisaket Rajabhat University: most of the sample was female, year 3 for the Faculty of Education, who used the computer laboratory services one time per month, using the services of Internet System. And the results of the data analysis of the computer laboratory services of the Information and Technology Office, Sisaket Rajabhat University included 5 aspects revealed that the computer laboratory management, the computer services and equipment, the computer environment management, the performance of the service providers, and the computer network services were as a whole at a high level. And when considering each aspect, it was found that the computer laboratory environment was at a high level, such as there were rules for proper use of the computer laboratory regarded as Number One; following that the performance of the service providers was at a high level such as the modernization of computers and equipment; and the computer laboratory services of the Information and Technology Office, Sisaket Rajabhat University was at the lowest level; the computer and equipment service was that the speed of computer processing was at a high level.

2.The Guidelines for the development of the computer laboratory services of the Information and Technology Office, Sisaket Rajabhat University indicated that there should be the enhancement of professional service providing skills, the improvement of the computer network be widespread, fast and secured, including computers and peripherals that was sufficient and ready for use as well as modernized in order to meet with the demand for computer laboratory services.
