Abstract
The objectives of this present study were to investigate the conceptual Buddha-Dhamma – reasons for lastingness of a wealthy family – and to implement it for building a successful and stable organization. The findings revealed that the reasons for lastingness of a wealthy family were useful strategies for organizational administration and it could be integrated to organizational administration factors such as people, asset, material, and administration. Besides, implementing the practical economy and four morality principles which were a part of the reasons for lastingness of a wealthy family also brought success and eternal stability toward organization. These four principles were as follows: (1) seeking for what is lost (2) repairing what is worn out (3) moderation in spending and (4) putting authority for a virtuous woman or man. As if the organization follows these principles, the organization will have a stability and it is impossible to face a bankruptcy.
