Abstract
This research aiming to study: 1) the quality of work life of Burmese workers in the agricultural industry, A case study of Kui Buri district, Prachuap Khiri Khan province, 2) the relationship between personal factors and the quality of work life of Burmese workers in the agricultural industry, A case study of Kui Buri district, Prachuap Khiri Khan province, and 3) the relationship between the factor affecting to quality of work life and the quality of work life of Burmese workers in the agricultural industry, A case study of Kui Buri district, Prachuap Khiri Khan province. The sample were 130 informants from Burmese workers in the agricultural industry, A case study of Kui Buri district, Prachuap Khiri Khan province of 2 company included Kuiburi fruit canning Co., Ltd. and Prachuap fruit canning Co., Ltd.. The research instrument was questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and linear regression analysis. The research results were as follows: 1) The quality of work life of Burmese workers in the agricultural industry were overall at a high level and comments on each side respectively the remuneration that is fair, follow by the balance in life, stability and progress in work, the development potential, the working conditions of safe, the rules and fairness, the engaging and socially acceptable, and the characteristics that beneficial to society. The factors affecting to quality of work life were overall at a high level and comments on each side respectively the freedom to operate, followed by the second the challenge of job, the variety of tasks, and the opportunity to interact with others, respectively. 2) The personal factors and the quality of work life of Burmese workers in the agricultural industry, A case study of Kui Buri district, Prachuap Khiri Khan province were the relation included education with statistical significance at the .05 level. and 3) The factor affecting to quality of work life and the quality of work life of Burmese workers were the relation at a highest level with statistical significance at the .01 level. Considering in each aspect found that all each aspect were at a high level include the second the challenge of job, followed by the variety of tasks, the opportunity to interact with others, and the freedom to operate, respectively.
