Abstract

This research aimed to study 1) Level of people’s participation in the three-year development plan of Raisom Sub-district Administrative Organization, Muang District, Phetchaburi Province, and 2) Factors affecting people’s participation in relationship with people’s participation in the three-year development plan of Raisom Sub-District Administrative Organization, Muang District, Phetchaburi Province. The Samples were 140 informants from representative household in Raisom Sub-District and Wieng Khoi Sub-District, Muang District, Phetchaburi Province. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire with the reliability of 0.976. Descriptive Statistics were percentage, mean, S.D. Inferential Statistics were multiple regression analysis. Research found that; 1) People’s participation in the three-year development plan of Raisom Sub-District Administrative Organization, Muang District, Phetchaburi Province were at medium level in overall and were at high level such as participation in receiving benefits and were at medium level such as participation in implementation, participation in decision Making and participation in evaluation. and 2) Factors affecting people’s participation were in cause relationships with people’s participation in the three-year development plan of Raisom Sub-District Administrative Organization, Mueng District, Phetchaburi Province were statistically significant  at the .001.
