Abstract
The purposes of this study were: 1) the liabilities of Prachuap Khiri Khan provincial police officers, 2) the factors that causd liabilities of police officers in Prachuap Khiri Khan provincial police, 3) the relationship between personal factors and liabilities of Prachuap Khiri Khan Provincial police officer and 4) the relationship between factors that caused liabilities and liabilities of Prachuap Khiri Khan provincial police officer. The sample used of 154 representatives from Prachuap Khiri Khan provincial Police officers. The research tools was a questionnaire. The statistics were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and chi-square. The research result were as follows: 1) Most police have the most debt with Prachuap Khiri Khan Provincial Police Saving and Credit Co-Operative and the next is commercial banks, and Informal Debt respectively 2) The overall factor which causes police’s debt of Prachuap Khiri Khan Provincial Police is Medium. When considering each sector, the demand of the debt is high and the next is the value of the debt which is Medium, and the behavior which causes debt is Low. 3) The personal characteristics of questionee consist of the gender is not related to the debt of police of Prachuap Khiri Khan Provincial Police. However, the age, rank, marital status, educational background, and numbers of children are related to the debt police of Prachuap Khiri Khan Provincial Police significantly according to the statistic. The factors which create the debt to police of Prachuap Khiri Khan Provincial Police are Demand, Value, and Behavior significantly according to the statistic.
