The Impact of Service Quality Factor on Service Delivery of DamrongTham Center, Amphoe Muang, Phetchaburi Province ปัจจัยคุณภาพการบริการที่มีผลต่อการให้บริการของศูนย์ดำรงธรรมในพื้นที่ อำเภอเมืองเพชรบุรี จังหวัดเพชรบุรี

Abstract

This research aimed to study 1) level of service of DamrongTham Center, Amphoe Muang, Phetchaburi Province. and 2) Service quality factor affecting service of Damrong Tham Center, Amphoe Muang, Phetchaburi Province. The Sample were 143 person who live in Amphoe Muang, Phetchaburi Province. Descriptive statistics were percentage, mean, S.D., and Inferential statistics were chi-square test and multiple regression analysis.  Research found that; 1) Service of Damrong Tham Center, Amphoe Muang, Phetchaburi Province, overall was at a high level and each aspects were at high level such as complain and advice. Service quality factor Affecting service of DamrongTham Center, Amphoe Muang, Phetchaburi Province overall was at high level and each aspects were at high level such as empathy, assurance, reliability, responsiveness and tangibility respectively. and 2) Personality was in relationship with service of Damrong Tham Center, Amphoe Muang, Phetchaburi Province such as age, occupation and education by statistically significant at 0.05 And service quality factor were causal relationship with service of Damrong Tham Center, Amphoe Muang, Phetchaburi Province by statistically significant at 0.001. For each aspects found that  tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy were causal relationships with service of Damrong Tham Center, Amphoe Muang, Phetchaburi Province by statistically significant  at  .001.
