Abstract
This research aimed to study 1) study the motivating to work of department of fisheries personnel Phachuap Khiri Khan province, 2) the factors affecting the motivating to work and motivating to work of department of fisheries personnel Phachuap Khiri Khan province. The sample were 130 informants from crew to work of department of fisheries personnel Phachuap Khiri Khan province. Analytical statistics were percentage, mean, S.D., chi-square test and multiple regression analysis. The research results were as follows: 1) the motivating to work of department of fisheries personnel Phachuap Khiri Khan province were overall and each aspect at a high level. The mean order were the satisfaction, achievement, enthusiasm. When factors affecting the motivating to work were overall and each aspect at a high level. The mean order were the salary and benefits, working condition, interpersonal relation peers, company policy and administration, and recognition, respectively, 2) the fisheries personnel’s personal factors of education, income of month and working experience was relation the motivating to work of department with statistical significance at .05 level. When sex and age did no relation the motivating to work of department with statistical significance, and 3) the factors affecting the motivating to work were salary and benefits, interpersonal relation peers, working condition, and recognition with relation the motivating to work of department in statistical significance at .001 level.
