Abstract
The research aimed to 1) To study the level of primary health care effectiveness of village health volunteers in Phetchaburi Municipality. Phetchaburi Province 2.) to study the factors that affect the performance of the volunteers. Republic happy with the effectiveness of primary health care practitioners. In the Phetchaburi Municipality, Phetchaburi Province, The sample consisted of 130 households living in Phetchaburi municipality. The tools used in this research were questionnaires. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. And chi-square analysis and multiple regression analysis. The research found that 1) The results showed that the effectiveness of primary health care operations of village health volunteers of Phetchaburi municipality. Phetchaburi Province Overal and each aspect. There was a high level of effectiveness on each side, and the effectiveness were at the high level. The first was rehabilitation, followed by prevention, health promotion and medical treatment respectively. The effect on primary health care performance of village health volunteers of Phetchaburi municipality, Phetchaburi province When considering each aspect, the effectiveness were at the highest level as follows First, environmental aspects. Secondary order: The characteristics of the personnel followed. The level of effectiveness is great.
