The Guidelines of the Development according to the Local Development Plan of Kutchompoo Municipality in Phiboonmungsahan of Ubon Ratchathani Province แนวทางพัฒนาการดำเนินงานตามแผนพัฒนาท้องถิ่นของเทศบาลตำบลกุดชมภู อำเภอพิบูลมังสาหาร จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี

Abstract

The research aimed to study the implementation of the local development plan of Kutchompoon Municipality in Phiboonmungsahan of Ubon Ratchathani province and the guidelines of the development according to the local development plan of the municipality in the study.       The samples used in the research were 367 local residents whose residence of Kutchompoo Municipality. The sample size was determined by a simple random sampling. The targets were 25 representatives. The research instruments were a questionnaire and an interview. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The research findings were as follows. The implementation according to the local development plan was overall at a high level. The aspect having a maximum value was planning. Ranked second was an improvement, supervision and evaluation. On implementation according to the plan. The guidelines were as follows.  On planning: a public opinion should be conducted in every village;  the public should be involved in the plan-making process; a survey should be conducted into the people’ needs;  the project should be in accordance with the problems found and should satisfy the locals’ desires. On the plan implementation:  there should be a conference for those concerned in order to carry out the plans through the process of support for the development plan. On follow-up, supervision and evaluation:  there should be supervision of the implementation plan in all sectors concerned; the supervision should be carried out in a given time with clear indicators; a maximum benefit should be aimed at the public. On improvement: the improvement should be made to correct the activities and projects in line with the allocated budget; inspection and improvement should be aimed at solving the public’s problems.
