Study of the Perspectives of 1st Year Students of Dusit Thani College on character in literature การศึกษามุมมองของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 วิทยาลัยดุสิตธานีที่มีต่อตัวละครในวรรณคดี

Abstract

This article focuses on the study of character traits in literature from the perspective of the first year students of Dusit Thani College in the academic year 2017. There was an impression of the main characters, the protagonist, antagonist or other characters from Thai literature, literary translation and folk literature by studying of the viewpoint of first year students towards their favorite characters in particular literature and analyzing the characteristics of the characters. The article used the concept of age groups or generation to analyze and describe the sample group. It was found that the preference of literary characters of first year students correlated with age factors of the population because each character can show the characteristic of the students in the Z generation clearly
