Abstract
The purposes of this research were to 1) develop learning achievement using cooperative learning groups in Integrated Local development planning and 2) study student’s satisfaction of learning using cooperative learning groups in Integrated Local development planning. The sample groups used in the research were 89 students of local government program that had enrolled in Integrated Local Development Planning for semester 1,2017. Conduct research by organizing cooperative learning activities with groups process, then collect students’ learning achievement data and students' learning satisfaction questionnaires. Data were analyzed by using mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The study result showed that after using cooperative group learning process, the students’learning achievement was higher than that before using it (p<.05). and the overall of students' learning satisfaction level in Integrated Local Development Planning using cooperative learning groups was at the highest level. The most value aspect was the satisfaction of benefits received, followed by studying atmosphere, content and providing learning activities.
