Abstract
This research aimed to study 1) the level of implementing good governance principles in the manage Phetchaburi Provincial Agricultural and Cooperatives Office, 2) the management factors level of Phetchaburi Provincial Agricultural and Cooperatives Office, and 3) the causal relationship between management factors and implementing good governance principles for thr management of Phetchaburi Provincial Agricultural and Cooperatives Office. The samples were 130 officers in Phetchaburi Provincial Agricultural and Cooperatives Office from 25 departments. Descriptive statistics were used for data analysis percentage, mean, standard deviation. Inferential Statistics were Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The findings indicated that 1) implementing good governance principles for the management of Phetchaburi Provincial Agricultural and Cooperatives Office in overall were at a high level. Focusing on each aspects followed by participation, rule of law, responsiveness, accountability, equality, transparency, decentralization, efficiency, consensus oriented and effectiveness respectively. 2) the management factors of Phetchaburi Provincial Agricultural and Cooperatives office as a whole and as each aspect were at a high level. When compared with each other, it could be sorted in descending order as follows: the organizing, planning, directing, personnel administration and control. 3) The management factors had causal relationship with implementing good governance principles for management of Phetchaburi Provincial Agricultural and Cooperatives Office, with a statistical significance of .001 level.
