Abstract
This research aimed to study 1) the relationship level of organizational personnal sub-district health promoting hospitals Phetchaburi province, 2) the factors related to organizational commitment of personnal sub-district health promoting hospitals Phetchaburi province. The samples were 154 informants from personnal sub-district health promoting hospitals Phetchaburi province all eight District. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics including percentage, mean, and standard deviation, and inferential statisticsinclude multiple regression analysis. Research found that; 1)The overall organization commitment level of Personal Sub-District Health Promoting Hospitals were high in the following: Ready to work on behalf of the organization, Confidence in accepting goals and The intention to retain the membership of the organization. And 2) factors related to organizational commitment of personal sub-district health promoting hospitals Phetchaburi province in the job, working independently, relationship with colleagues and expectations from the organization are significantly related to the organizational commitment level of of Personal Sub-District Health Promoting Hospitals Phetchaburi Province at .001 significance level.
