Factors Affecting Community Environmental Management Policy of Sri Chiang Mai Sub-district Municipality, Nongkai Province ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อนโยบายการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมชุมชนของเทศบาลตำบล ศรีเชียงใหม่ จังหวัดหนองคาย

Abstract

This research aimed to study 1)public opinion on community environmental management policy in Sri Chiang Mai Sub-district Municipality, and 2) factors affecting community environmental management policy in Sri cheang Mai Sub-District Municipality. The population was people in Sri Chiang Mai Sub-district Municipality, Sri Chiang Mai District, Nhong Kai Province. The samples was calculated from the recipe of Taro Yamane’ formulation number 395. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire. The reliability was 0.89. Statistics used for data analysis were Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, and Multiple Regression Analysis.  The results are as follows: 1) Opinions on community environmental management policy in Sri Chiang Mai Sub-district Municipality as a whole and each aspect were at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the level was high in all aspects. The highest average to lowest ranking were staff, the management system and equipment and vehicles, 2) the factors affecting community environmental management policy in Sri Chiang Mai Sub-district Municipality were the participation factors and the revenue factor. The coefficient of correlation (R) was 0.619. The coefficient of forecast (R²) was 0.384
