Abstract
Each organization certainly employs different management process. Nodaway, in the new era, the business management emphasizes on the management innovation. Therefore, many business (holders) try to build up their distinctive images and the competitive advantages by using technology and innovations aiming to be the number one in the field. To invent the management innovation for the advantages on the business competition, the ten notions of Human Resources Innovation were employed. The notion aims to effectively enhance the human resource management process (Work Force Management) which includes: 1) the expert on the customer service area, 2) the expert on the goods production and distribution, 3) the expert on the size of customer, 4) the expert on the individual customer, 5) the expert on geography, 6) the expert on the particular field 7) the expert on one particular product, 8) the expert in the shop, 9) the expert on the quality and the price of product, and 10) the expert on the services.
