Abstract
The purposes of this research were to study 1) the transformational leadership of educational administration officer under the local government organization in Nakhon Ratchasima Province, 2) the operation of child development centers under the local government organization in Nakhon Ratchasima Province and 3) the correlation between the transformational leadership of educational administration officer and operation of child development centers under the local government organization in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. The population were 323 educators under the local government organization in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. The samples were 181 educators by Krejcie and Morgan's table. The tool used in this study was five-point rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used in this study were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson product moment correlation coefficient. The research found that 1) the overall of the transformational leadership of educational administration officer under the local government organization in Nakhon Ratchasima Province was in a high level. When considered in each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest mean was the idealized influence, 2) the overall of the operation of child development centers under the local government organization in Nakhon Ratchasima Province was in a high level. When considered in each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest mean was the participation and support and 3) the overall of the correlation between the transformational leadership of educational administration officer and operation of child development centers under the local government organization in Nakhon Ratchasima Province was in a positive correlation with rather high level, with statistical significance at the .01, with the correlation coefficient equal to 0.752.
