The Relationship Between The Digital Leadership of School Administrator and The Learning Organization of Schools Under The Secondary Education Service Area Office Bangkok 2

Abstract
This research aims to 1. study the digital leadership of school administrators, 2. study the learning organization of schools and 3. investigate the relationship between the digital leadership of school administrators and the learning organization of schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Bangkok 2. The sample group consisted of 357 government teachers teaching in schools within the Nawaminthra school network. selected using Cohen’s sample size table. Using the cluster sampling method. The research tool was a questionnaire measuring the relationship between the digital leadership of school administrators and the learning organization of schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Bangkok 2. The statistics used included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient.
The research results indicated that 1. The overall level of digital leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Bangkok 2, was high. 2. The overall level of schools being learning organizations under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Bangkok 2, was high. 3. The relationship between the digital leadership of school administrators and the learning organization of schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Bangkok 2, was significantly high (rxy = 0.754**), with statistical significance at the .01 level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect of creating digital culture was at a high level (rxy = 0.756**) with statistical significance at the .01 level, followed by the aspect of digital literacy at a moderate level (rxy = 0.692**) with statistical significance at the .01 level, followed by the aspect of having a digital vision at a moderate level (rxy = 0.686**) with statistical significance at the .01 level.
