Digital Leadership of School Administrators Affecting The Use of Information Technology in School Administration Under Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract
This research aimed to 1. examine the digital leadership of school administrators under Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, 2. investigate the use of information technology in school administration, and 3. explore the impact of digital leadership on information technology utilization in school administration. The sample consisted of 291 teachers from schools under the Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, determined by using Krejcie and Morgan's table. The samples were selected through stratified random sampling based on school size, followed by simple random sampling using the lottery method for selecting teachers from each school. The research instrument was a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of 0.96. Statistical analyses included percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis using the enter method.
The findings revealed that: 1. The overall level of digital leadership among school administrators under the Office of Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area 1 was high. 2. The overall use of information technology in school administration under the Office of Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area 1 was at the highest level. 3. The aspects of digital leadership significantly influencing information technology usage in school administration included digital citizenship (X3), digital vision (X1), digital organizational management skills (X5), creative use of digital technology (X2), and problem-solving using digital technology (X4). The predictive equation based on raw scores can be expressed as follows:
