Developing the Morale Enhance Program for Teachers by Empowerment Process

Abstract

        The objectives of the research article were 1) to study the current state and the desirable state of the morale enhance for teachers in schools under the secondary educational service area office 21, 2) to developing the morale enhance program for teachers by empowerment process. Group sample was 320 administrators and teachers selected by stratified random sampling, key performances were 6 administrators and teachers from 2 pilot schools and 7 luminaries to assessed the program. Research instrument were questionnaire, interview and the program’s suitability and possibility assessment form. Statistic used to analysis data were percentage, mean, standard deviation and priority needs index.

         The research result were found that: 1. The current state of the morale enhance for teachers in schools under the secondary educational service area office 21 overall were at moderate levels, and the desirable state overall were at high levels. 2. The morale enhance program for teachers by empowerment process consisted 5 elements were 1) principle 2) objective 3) content 4) development method and 5) evaluation and the program have suitability assessed and possibility assessed both overall were at high levels.
