ADMINISTRATION BASED ON GOOD GOVERNANCE OF THE PROVINCIAL ELECTRICITY AUTHORITY ROI ET PROVINCE

Abstract

           The objectives of the research article were 1) study the level of management based on good governance of the Provincial Electricity Authority Roi Et province, 2) to compare the opinions of the personnel towards the administration based on good governance of the Provincial Electricity Authority Roi Et province, and 3) to find out the related suggestions and recommendations.It was quantitative research. The sample group with 152 selected people, included: Academicians, authorities, and staffs in the Provincial Electricity Authority Roi Et province. The tool used in this research was a questionnaire. The statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test (One-way ANOVA).

         The research found that: 1. Administration based on good governance of the Provincial Electricity Authority Roi Et province overall, it was at a high level. 2. The comparison of the opinions of the administration based on good governance of the Provincial Electricity Authority Roi Et province. Classified by position Responsibility, the difference was statistically significant at the .05 level. The other aspects are no different. Personnel opinions classified by working experience, the rule of the law, moral principle, principle of participation, principle of value were no different. Whereas transparency principle, responsibility, and the overall differences were statistically significant at the .05 level. 3. The recommendations suggested by the administration based on good governance of the Provincial Electricity Authority Roi Et Province were: planning and management, conserve resources, provide opportunities for personnel to be aware of the situation and the problems with transparency, there should be opportunities for personnel to participate in expressing opinions on the process, and considering the performance.
