The Developing Program for Teacher’s Potential Promoting in Curriculum and Learning Management for Teachers of the 21st Century in Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 4

Abstract

          The objective of the research article were 1) to study current conditions and desirable conditions of curriculum and learning management for teachers of the 21^st century, 2) to develop the Program for Teacher’s Potential Promoting in curriculum and learning management for teachers of the 21^st century in Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 4. The sampling were 312 teachers in Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 4. The respondent was 7 of educational experts. Research tool were questionnaires and program suitability and possibility’s evaluation. The data were analyzed by a percentage, mean and standard deviation.

          The result of this research found that: 1) The current conditions of curriculum and learning management for teachers of the 21^st century was at a high level in overall. The desirable conditions of curriculum and learning management for teachers of the 21^st was at a highest level in overall. The priority needs index was showed top three components of PNI_Modified were Creating and developing courses, child center, and learning management design. 2)The results of Developing Program for Teacher’s Potential Promoting in curriculum and learning management for teachers of the 21^st century in Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 4. They were 5 categories 1) Principle 2) Concept 3) Lesson 4) Development method 5) Evaluation. The results of Developing Program for Teacher’s Potential Promoting in curriculum and learning management for teachers of the 21^st century in Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 was suitability at a highest level and the possibility of program was at the highest level.
