RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE MANAGEMENT OF THE EXECUTIVE AND THE EFFECTIVENESS OF SCHOOLS UNDER THE INSTITUTE OF VOCATIONAL EDUCATION NORTHEASTERN REGION 3

Abstract
The objectives of the research article were 1) to study the management of the executive of educational institution under the vocational education Institute in the Northeast Region 3, 2) to study the effectiveness of educational institutes under the Institute of vocational education Northeastern Region 3, 3) to analyze the relationship between the management of the executive and the Effectiveness of schools under the Institute of Vocational Education: Northeastern Region 3. The sample used in the research was personnel under the 9 institutes of vocational education Northeastern Region 3, including 325 of education administrators and lecturers. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. The statistics used in the research were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, multiple correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis.
The results of the research were as follows: 1. The Management of the Executive under the institute of vocational education: Northeastern Region 3, overall at a high level. 2. School effectiveness under the vocational education: Northeastern Region 3, overall at a high level. 3. Analyze information and opinions about the management of the executive and the effectiveness of schools under the Institute of vocational education: Northeastern Region 3. The opinions of the management of the executive were related to educational effectiveness in all aspects. 4. Analyze relationship between the management of the executive and the effectiveness of schools under the Institute of vocational education: Northeastern Region 3 which the relationship and influence between the management of the executive and effectiveness of schools correlated internally with educational institution effectiveness in 3 aspects : the organization, control, communication and motivation. When considering the inner relationship, there will be a relationship within 3 levels, respectively, as follows. Level 1 is the management of the executive. The second level of organization management is the administration of the executives. Organization with the control and level 3, namely the management of the executives organization with the control side with communication and motivation.
