The Guidelines in Applying of the Principles of Sangahavatthu to Develop the Community Leaders of the Central Northeast to Strengthening Community Well-being

Abstract

         The objectives of the research article were 1) to study the conditions in applying of the principles of Sangahavatthu to develop the community leaders of the central northeast to strengthening community well-being, 2) to study problems and obstacles in applying of the principles of Sangahavatthu to develop the community leaders of the central northeast to strengthening community well-being,and 3) to arrange the guidelines of training pattern lead core obligations of the principles of Sangahavatthu to develop the community leaders of the central northeast to strengthening community well-being. The sample used in the quantitative research include the Kamnans and village headmen of North East Central 383 people. The research instrument was the questionnaires, interviews. The statistics used in data analysis comprised percentage, frequency, mean and median

           The research results were found that: 1. The conditions in applying of the principles of Sangahavatthu to develop the community leaders of the central northeast to strengthening community well-being has been rated at the high level in the overall aspect. 2.The main problems and obstacles in strengthening community well-being include people have no full time in cooperation with the official time because they must work to support themselves and their families. Community leaders have to tolerate speech that never sounded, not creative, and verbal statement that is sweet with the public to create a shared understanding of. Public acknowledgement of news public relations official and other authorities have not yet thoroughly. The cooperationof people is as well, but the clarification of the official regulations should be as well done for acknowledgement and understanding too. And lack of public spirit and sacrifice personal time to get involved in local development. 3. Preparation of patterns in applying of the principles of Sangahavatthu to develop the community leaders of the central northeast to strengthening community well-being has been found that the professionals have the same opinions on applying of the principles of Sangahavatthu to develop the community leaders of the central northeast  to strengthening community well-being that every element and indicator deem appropriate and feasible, with the median ranging from 3.50 and range between each quartile not exceeding 1.50.
