Development of Knowledge Management Model for Effectiveness of the Office of KhonKaen Educational Service Area 1

Abstract
The objective of the research article were 1) to study current situation of knowledge management for effectiveness of the Office of KhonKaen Educational Service Area 1, 2) to develop knowledge management model for effectiveness of the Office of KhonKaen Educational Service Area 1. The population for Quantitative Research included 83 educational administrators and staffs in the Office of KhonKaen Educational Service Area 1. For Qualitative Research, the target group included 19 educational administrators. The instruments using in this study included the questionnaire and record form of focus group discussion. The statistic using in this study included the frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The research findings found that: 1. For current situation of knowledge management for effectiveness of the Office of KhonKaen Educational Service Area1, in overall, was in “High” level. 2. For development of knowledge management model for effectiveness of the Office of KhonKaen Educational Service Area 1, found that the 4 aspects of knowledge management model including: 1) the effectiveness based on mission, 2) the service quality, 3) the efficiency of official practice, and 4) the organizational development.
