Developing the 21st Century Learning Administration Management Guidelines for Schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 20

Abstract

           The objectives of this research article were 1) to study the current state, the desirable state, and priority needs index of the 21^st Century learning administration management of schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 20, 2) to Develop the 21^st Century learning administration management guidelines for schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 20. This research study from the sample group was 346 persons included administrators and teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 20. Key informants were 3 administrators of 3 pilot schools and 5luminaries. The research instrument were a questionnaire, interview form, and guideline assessment form. Statistics for analyzed data were percentage, mean, standard deviation and PNI_modified.

         The research result was found that: 1. The 21^st Century learning administration management of schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 20 has the current state overall was at moderate level, the desirable state overall was at high level, and the priority needs index during 0.229-0.501.2. Guidelines of the 21^st Century learning administration management for schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 20 consisted of 4 elements, 24 KPI, 66 guidelines, the result of guidelines assessed by 5 luminaries were found that the suitability and possibility assessed both overall were at high levels.
