MANAGEMENT OF CIRC TEACHING AND LEARNING MODEL TO ENHANCE READING AND WRITING SKILLS DURING THE COVID-19 SITUATION AT BAN NONG PERK SCHOOL, BURIRAM PRIMARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract

           The objectives of the research article were 1) to study the management level of CIRC teaching and learning model to enhance reading and writing skills during the Covid-19 situation, 2) to study the factors influencing the management of the CIRC teaching and learning model to enhance reading and writing skills during the Covid-19 situation, and 3) to study the guidelines for the management of the CIRC teaching and learning model to enhance reading and writing skills during the Covid-19 situation at Ban Nong Perk School, Buriram Primary Education Service Area Office 1. The sample consisted of 400 people. The research instruments were questionnaires and interview forms. Statistics used in research including the average standard deviation and multiple regression analysis using sequential variable selection method.

           The research found that; 1. The level of management of the CIRC teaching and learning management model for enhancing reading and writing skills during the Covid-19 situation, Ban Nong Perk School, Buriram Primary Education Service Area Office 1, overall dependent variables in all aspects were at moderate level. The factors influencing the management of the CIRC teaching and learning management model to enhance reading and writing skills during the Covid-19 situation at Ban Nong Perk School of Buriram Primary Education Service Area Office1 and the results found that evaluation by peer group, independent training field, the predictor Coefficients in raw scores were .425 and .278 respectively. guidelines for the management of the CIRC teaching and learning model to enhance reading and writing skills during the Covid-19 situation at Ban Nong Perk School, Buriram Primary Education Service Area Office 1. In terms of teaming together to learn: It is necessary to have a plan for teaming together to learn together in CIRC teaching whit members having different abilities with clear goals. Reading grouping: It is necessary to plan for teaching and learning CIRC. Reading groups clearly organize reading groups. Basic Activities: It is necessary to create an understanding of the meaning of word in CIRC learning and teaching for students and create an understanding of the meaning of a group of words.
