THE DEVELOPMENT OF GUIDELINES FOR INTERNAL SUPERVISION IN EDUCATION ERA 4.0 OF SCHOOLS UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE BURIRAM

Abstract

          The objectives of this research article were 1) to examine the current condition, desirable state and priority needs index of guidelines for Internal Supervision in Education 4.0 era, 2) to develop of Guidelines for Internal Supervision in Education 4.0 era of Schools under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Buriram. The samples consisted of 69 school principals and 275 teachers in totaled 344 cases.The instruments used were semi-structured Interview and the appropriate form of supervision approach within Thai education in the era 4.0 for schools under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Buriram. The statistics used to analyze the obtained data were percentage, mean, standard deviation and priority needs index.

           The research result revealed that: 1. the current condition of guidelines for Internal Supervision in education 4.0 era of Schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Buriram were overall found at a medium level. Upon considering each aspect it showed that the highest mean aspect was monitoring and evaluating supervision. In terms of desirable state were overall found at the highest level. Upon considering each aspect it showed that the highest mean aspect was supervising operations. Priority needs index considered each aspect from highest to lowest were 1) Operational supervision. 2) Supervision plans 3) Information feedback and 4) Monitoring and evaluating supervision. 2. The Guidelines for Internal Supervision in Education 4.0 era of Schools under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Buriram included 4 elements 16 Guidelines. The appropriate form of supervision approach was overall found at the highest level.
