PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT BASED ON FOUR SUBLIME STATES OF MIND BY SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE ROI ET

Abstract

           The objectives of this thesis were1) to study the levels of Personnel Management based on Four Sublime States of Mind by School Administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Roi Et, 2) to compare the levels of Personnel Management based on Four Sublime States of Mind by School Administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Roi Et, classified by educational level, work experience, and school size 3) to study guidelines for Personnel Management based on Four Sublime States of Mind by School Administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Roi Et. The sample group used in this research was 342 of the secondary school instructors under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Roi Et. The instrument used for data collection was a 5-level estimation scale questionnaire and a semi-structured interview. The statistics used in the research were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test, and interview form.

            The results showed that: 1.The levels of Personnel Management based on Four Sublime States of Mind by School Administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Roi Et. Overall, it was at a high level, considering from each side in order from the highest to the lowest average. It was found that the highest average was enhancing operational efficiency (kindly), followed by the positioning planning (prosperity), whereas the lowest was the discipline and the maintenance of discipline (merciful), respectively. 2.A comparison of the levels of Personnel Management based on Four Sublime States of Mind by School Administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Roi Et, classified by educational level, work experience, and school size. There was a statistically significant difference at the 0.05 level. 3.Guidelines for Personnel Management based on Four Sublime States of Mind by School Administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Roi Et were Position planning, Personnel recruitment, and Personnel appointment to perform duties need to be in accordance with the Office of the Basic Education Commission Order (OBEC), work supporting and promoting, following up supervision, and giving advice about disciplined and providing knowledge of the operation  according to government regulations.
