THE PROMOTION AND SUPPORT OF THE SANGHA ORDER BASED ON THREE PRINCIPLES OF KOSALA BY THE LOCAL GOVERNMENTS OF ART SAMART DISTRICT, ROI ET PROVINCE

Abstract

          The purposes of this study were to 1) study the Three principles of Kosala application level of Local government organization for promotion and support the Sangha at Art Samart District, Roi Et Province, 2) compare the Three principles of Kosala application level of Local government organization for promotion and support the Sangha at Art Samart District, Roi Et Province, and 3) study suggestions for the Three principles of Kosala application of Local government organization for promotion and support the Sangha at Art Samart District, Roi Et Province. The sample consisted of 234 personnel at Selaphum District, Roi Et Province. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test.

           The results showed that; 1. the studying results of the Three principles of Kosala application level of Local government organization for promotion and support the Sangha at Art Samart District, Roi Et Province: overall, was in a high level. 2) The Opinion level comparison results of the Three principles of Kosala application level of Local government organization for promotion and support the Sangha at Art Samart District, Roi Et Province, classified by gender, education level, and age were not different. 3) The importance of suggestions for application of the Three principles of Kosala application level of Local government organization for promotion and support the Sangha at Art Samart District, Roi Et Province were care, protection, management, and focus on the important of Thai Sangha government to be in accordance with the democratic regime. should be monitored and maintained to be tidy in order for priests and novices who were in the temple or under the rule of law to behave the disciplines, laws, rules, orders, announcements of the Supreme Sangha Council.
