ACADEMIC MANAGEMENT OF ADMINISTRATORS THAT AFFECTS SCHOOL EFFECTIVENESS UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF ROI ET SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE

Abstract
This research aims to study: 1) The academic administration of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Roi Et Province. 2)The effectiveness of schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Roi Et Province. 3)The relationship between academic administration by school administrators and school effectiveness. 4)The aspects of academic administration that influence school effectiveness. The sample group consisted of 382 school administrators and teachers. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The reliability of Part 2 was 0.82, and the reliability of Part 3 was 0.85. The statistical methods used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. For hypothesis testing, stepwise multiple regression analysis was employed.
The research findings revealed that: 1) The overall academic management of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Roi Et was at a high level. The highest average score was found in the area of curriculum development in schools, followed by development of educational media, innovation, and technology, while the lowest average score was in educational supervision. 2) The overall school effectiveness under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Roi Et was also at a high level. The highest average score was in positive relationships with parents and the community, followed by organizational adaptability and development, while the lowest average score was in students’ moral and ethical development and positive attitudes. 3) The relationship between academic management and school effectiveness was found to be positively correlated at a high level. The strongest correlation was in the area of development of educational media, innovation, and technology, which showed a very high and statistically significant correlation at the 0.05 level. The lowest correlation was in educational supervision, which was at a low level but still statistically significant at the 0.05 level. 4) The aspects of academic management that significantly affected school effectiveness under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Roi Et were: Development of educational media, innovation, and technology (X3) Assessment, evaluation, and accreditation (X5) Curriculum development in schools (X1) These three variables collectively predicted 90.30% of the variance in school effectiveness, with statistical significance at the 0.05 level. The predictive equations were constructed both in raw scores and standardized scores.
