Abstract
According to enterprise life cycle theory, enterprise growth moves through five stages: Start up,
Growth, Maturity, Innovation, and Reformer, each stage has its own distinctive characteristics. Based on
the growth conditions and development status of Wing On Rice Trading Corporation in Thailand, By
using document analysis, and in-depth interview, investigated main obstacle in each different stages of
enterprise life cycle, the purpose of this study was to determine the corresponding enterprise development
strategies to each different stages of enterprise life cycle. Findings show innovation management strategies
can be successfully applied to enterprise growth stage. Findings also found the new research direction
for sustainable enterprise development.
