The research instrument was a structured questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling, and moderation analysis with Jamovi. The results revealed that all constructs were rated at a high level of importance. Community capital was perceived as the most important factor, followed by the sustainability of social enterprises, CSR, and business innovation. Structural model analysis indicated that community capital had a positive effect on CSR (β=0.824, p< .001) and the sustainability of social enterprises (β=0.317, p< .001). In addition, CSR exerted a positive effect on the sustainability of social enterprises (β=0.565, p < .001).
