บทบาทนวัตกรรมธุรกิจในการกำกับความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างทุนชุมชนกับ ความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมไปสู่ความยั่งยืนของวิสาหกิจเพื่อสังคม

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาทุนชุมชน ความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม นวัตกรรมธุรกิจและความยั่งยืนของวิสาหกิจเพื่อสังคม 2) วิเคราะห์อิทธิพลของทุนชุมชนที่มีต่อความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม และความยั่งยืนของวิสาหกิจเพื่อสังคม รวมทั้งวิเคราะห์อิทธิพลของความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมที่มีต่อความยั่งยืนของวิสาหกิจเพื่อสังคมและ 3) ทดสอบนวัตกรรมธุรกิจในการกำกับความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างทุนชุมชนกับความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมและความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมไปสู่ความยั่งยืน เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ คณะผู้บริหาร ผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจเพื่อสังคม หรือกลุ่มกิจการเพื่อสังคมภาคเหนือของประเทศไทย 400 คน ใช้วิธีสุ่มแบบเจาะจง เกณฑ์คัดเลือก คือ เป็นผู้กำหนดนโยบายหรือผู้บริหารและมีประสบการณ์ 1 ปีขึ้นไป เครื่องมือวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา วิเคราะห์สมการโครงสร้าง CB-SEM และทดสอบตัวแปรกำกับด้วย Jamovi ผลการวิจัยพบว่าทุกปัจจัยมีความสำคัญมาก โดยมีทุนชุมชนสำคัญอันดับแรก รองลงมา คือ ความยั่งยืนของวิสาหกิจเพื่อสังคม ความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมและนวัตกรรมธุรกิจ ผลการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ทุนชุมชนมีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม (β=0.824, p< .001) และความยั่งยืนของวิสาหกิจเพื่อสังคม (β=0.317, p< .001) ขณะที่ความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมมีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อความยั่งยืนของวิสาหกิจเพื่อสังคม (β=0.565, p< .001) ผลการทดสอบนวัตกรรมธุรกิจมีบทบาทเป็นตัวแปรกำกับความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างทุนชุมชนกับความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ (β= -0.035, p= .010) แต่ไม่พบผลการกำกับในความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมกับความยั่งยืนของวิสาหกิจเพื่อสังคม (β= -0.018, p= .203) นวัตกรรมธุรกิจมีบทบาทกำกับอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติเฉพาะความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างทุนชุมชนกับความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมเท่านั้น แต่ไม่พบว่ามีบทบาทในการกำกับความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมกับความยั่งยืนของวิสาหกิจเพื่อสังคม
