แบบจำลองปัญญาประดิษฐ์สำหรับประเมินผลพัฒนาการผ่านภาพวาดของเด็กปฐมวัย ระดับชั้น อนุบาล 1-3 : การพัฒนาและการตรวจสอบความถูกต้องเชิงข้อมูล

บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาแบบจำลองปัญญาประดิษฐ์ที่สามารถจำแนกประเภทภาพวาดของเด็กปฐมวัยระดับอนุบาล 1–3 ตามโจทย์มาตรฐาน และ 2) ทดสอบความแม่นยำของแบบจำลองและประเมินความเป็นไปได้ในการประยุกต์ใช้ในระบบเว็บเพื่อการติดตามพัฒนาการเด็กปฐมวัย งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงประยุกต์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยภาพวาดจากเด็กปฐมวัยจำนวน 150 คน ซึ่งดำเนินกิจกรรมวาดภาพตามโจทย์มาตรฐาน 5 ประเภท ได้แก่ เส้นตรง เส้นโค้งต่อเนื่อง วงกลม สี่เหลี่ยม และสามเหลี่ยม โดยใช้คู่มือการประเมินสำหรับครูปฐมวัยเป็นเกณฑ์อ้างอิง เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบจำลองปัญญาประดิษฐ์สถาปัตยกรรม EfficientNetV2-S ร่วมกับเทคนิค Data Augmentation โดยใช้ CrossEntropyLoss และ Adam Optimizer ในกระบวนการเรียนรู้ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า แบบจำลองสามารถจำแนกภาพวาดของเด็กปฐมวัยออกเป็น 3 ระดับ ได้แก่ เก่ง ปานกลาง และอ่อน โดยให้ค่าความแม่นยำรวม (Accuracy) เท่ากับ 0.61 ค่าความเที่ยงตรง (Precision) เท่ากับ 0.58 ค่าความครอบคลุม (Recall) เท่ากับ 0.61 และค่า F1-score เท่ากับ 0.59 ขณะที่ค่า Loss ในขั้นตรวจสอบความถูกต้องอยู่ในช่วง 0.83–1.04 นอกจากนี้ แบบจำลองยังแสดงศักยภาพในการนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในระบบเว็บเพื่อช่วยครูติดตามพัฒนาการเด็กอย่างต่อเนื่อง ลดความคลาดเคลื่อนจากการประเมินเชิงอัตวิสัย และสนับสนุนการออกแบบกิจกรรมส่งเสริมพัฒนาการอย่างเป็นระบบ
