1. วัตถุประสงค์และขอบเขตการตีพิมพ์ (Focus and Scope)

วารสารอัล-ฮิกมะฮฺ (AL-HIKMAH Journal) เป็นวารสารวิชาการของมหาวิทยาลัยฟาฏอนี เผยแพร่ในรูปแบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (Online ISSN: 3057-1413) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเผยแพร่บทความวิจัยและบทความวิชาการที่มีคุณภาพ ส่งเสริมการสร้างและพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ การแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นทางวิชาการ และการบูรณาการองค์ความรู้ในลักษณะสหวิทยาการด้านสังคมศาสตร์และมนุษยศาสตร์

วารสารมุ่งส่งเสริมการศึกษาวิจัยที่เชื่อมโยงองค์ความรู้ทางวิชาการกับบริบททางสังคม วัฒนธรรม และคุณค่าของอิสลาม เพื่อสร้างองค์ความรู้ที่สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาการศึกษา ชุมชน และสังคม

วารสารเปิดรับบทความจากคณาจารย์ นักวิจัย นักศึกษา และนักวิชาการทั้งภายในและภายนอกประเทศ โดยกำหนดขอบเขตการรับบทความใน 2 สาขาหลัก ได้แก่

1.1 ด้านการศึกษา (Education)

ครอบคลุมการวิจัยและองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการศึกษา การจัดการเรียนรู้ หลักสูตรและการสอน นวัตกรรมทางการศึกษา การบริหารการศึกษา การพัฒนาครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา การวัดและประเมินผล ตลอดจนการพัฒนาผู้เรียนและการศึกษาที่สัมพันธ์กับบริบททางสังคมและวัฒนธรรม

1.2 ด้านอิสลามานุวัตร (Islamization and Islamic Perspectives)

ครอบคลุมการศึกษาวิจัยเกี่ยวกับการบูรณาการหลักการ คุณค่า และองค์ความรู้อิสลามกับศาสตร์ร่วมสมัย การศึกษาอิสลาม อัลกุรอานและหะดีษ ความคิดและปรัชญาอิสลาม จริยธรรมอิสลาม ตลอดจนการประยุกต์ใช้หลักการอิสลามในการพัฒนาการศึกษา สังคม วัฒนธรรม และการดำเนินชีวิตร่วมสมัย

วารสารให้ความสำคัญกับบทความที่มีความถูกต้องตามหลักวิชาการ มีความริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ มีคุณค่าต่อการพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ และสามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ในวงวิชาการและสังคม

AL-HIKMAH Journal is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by Fatoni University, Thailand, in an electronic format (Online ISSN: 3057-1413). The journal aims to disseminate high-quality research and academic articles, promote knowledge creation and development, encourage scholarly exchange, and advance interdisciplinary scholarship in the social sciences and humanities.

The journal promotes research that integrates academic knowledge with social and cultural contexts and Islamic values, contributing to the advancement of education, community development, and society.

The journal welcomes submissions from faculty members, researchers, students, and scholars from national and international institutions. Its scope covers two principal areas:

1.1 Education

This area encompasses educational research, teaching and learning, curriculum and instruction, educational innovation, educational administration, teacher and professional development, educational measurement and evaluation, learner development, and educational issues related to social and cultural contexts.

1.2 Islamization and Islamic Perspectives

This area encompasses research on the integration of Islamic principles, values, and knowledge with contemporary disciplines. Relevant topics include Islamic education, Qur'anic and Hadith studies, Islamic thought and philosophy, Islamic ethics, and the application of Islamic principles to education, society, culture, and contemporary life.

The journal prioritizes manuscripts that demonstrate academic rigor, originality, meaningful contributions to knowledge, and relevance to academic and societal development.

2. ประเภทบทความที่รับตีพิมพ์ (Types of Articles Published)

วารสารอัล-ฮิกมะฮฺรับพิจารณาตีพิมพ์บทความ 2 ประเภท ได้แก่

2.1 บทความวิจัย (Research Article)

บทความที่นำเสนอผลการวิจัยอย่างเป็นระบบ มีปัญหาและวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยที่ชัดเจน ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยที่เหมาะสม มีการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลอย่างมีหลักวิชาการ และนำเสนอข้อค้นพบที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อการพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

2.2 บทความวิชาการ (Academic Article)

บทความที่นำเสนอการวิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์ วิพากษ์ หรืออภิปรายประเด็นทางวิชาการ โดยอาศัยแนวคิด ทฤษฎี และเอกสารอ้างอิงที่น่าเชื่อถือ เพื่อเสนอแนวคิด มุมมอง หรือองค์ความรู้ที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อวงวิชาการ

AL-HIKMAH Journal accepts the following two types of manuscripts:

2.1 Research Articles

Research articles present original findings derived from systematic inquiry. They should clearly state the research problems and objectives, employ appropriate research methodologies, provide rigorous data analysis, and demonstrate contributions to knowledge in the relevant disciplines.

2.2 Academic Articles

Academic articles present scholarly analyses, syntheses, critical examinations, or discussions of academic issues. They should be grounded in credible theories, concepts, and academic references and contribute meaningful perspectives or conceptual insights to their respective fields.

3. ภาษาที่รับตีพิมพ์ (Publication Languages)

วารสารรับพิจารณาบทความที่เขียนด้วยภาษาไทย ภาษาอังกฤษ ภาษามลายู (อักษรรูมีและอักษรยาวี) และภาษาอาหรับ โดยบทความต้องใช้ภาษาทางวิชาการที่ถูกต้อง ชัดเจน และเป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์การจัดเตรียมต้นฉบับของวารสาร

AL-HIKMAH Journal accepts manuscripts written in Thai, English, Malay (Rumi and Jawi scripts), and Arabic. All manuscripts must be written in clear and accurate academic language and comply with the journal's manuscript preparation guidelines.

4. กระบวนการประเมินบทความ (Peer Review Process)

วารสารอัล-ฮิกมะฮฺดำเนินการประเมินคุณภาพบทความตามกระบวนการประเมินโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ (Peer Review) เพื่อรักษามาตรฐานและคุณภาพทางวิชาการของผลงานที่ได้รับการตีพิมพ์

บทความทุกเรื่องที่ผ่านการคัดกรองเบื้องต้นจากกองบรรณาธิการจะได้รับการประเมินโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญตรงกับเนื้อหาของบทความ จำนวน 2 ท่าน ผ่านกระบวนการประเมินแบบไม่เปิดเผยชื่อผู้เขียนและผู้ประเมินต่อกัน (Double-blind Peer Review)

กระบวนการพิจารณาประกอบด้วย 4 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่

  1. การคัดกรองเบื้องต้น (Initial Editorial Screening): กองบรรณาธิการตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์และขอบเขตของวารสาร ความครบถ้วนของต้นฉบับ และความเหมาะสมทางวิชาการ

  2. การประเมินโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ (Peer Review): บทความที่ผ่านการคัดกรองจะได้รับการประเมินโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 ท่าน เพื่อพิจารณาคุณภาพ ความถูกต้อง ความน่าเชื่อถือ และคุณค่าทางวิชาการ

  3. การปรับปรุงบทความ (Manuscript Revision): ผู้เขียนดำเนินการปรับปรุงบทความตามข้อเสนอแนะของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและกองบรรณาธิการภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด

  4. การตัดสินรับตีพิมพ์ (Editorial Decision): กองบรรณาธิการพิจารณาผลการประเมินและการปรับปรุงต้นฉบับ ก่อนตัดสินใจรับหรือปฏิเสธการตีพิมพ์

การตัดสินใจรับตีพิมพ์เป็นอำนาจของกองบรรณาธิการ โดยพิจารณาจากคุณภาพทางวิชาการ ผลการประเมินของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และความสอดคล้องกับนโยบายของวารสาร

AL-HIKMAH Journal employs a rigorous peer-review process to ensure the academic quality and integrity of published manuscripts.

All manuscripts that pass the initial editorial screening are evaluated by at least two qualified reviewers  with relevant subject expertise through a double-blind peer-review process, in which authors and reviewers remain anonymous to one another.

The review process consists of four stages:

  1. Initial Editorial Screening: The editorial team assesses the manuscript's relevance to the journal's aims and scope, completeness, and basic academic suitability.

  2. Peer Review: Manuscripts that pass the screening process are evaluated by three qualified reviewers who assess their academic quality, accuracy, reliability, and scholarly contribution.

  3. Manuscript Revision: Authors are required to address reviewers' and editors' comments and submit revised manuscripts within the specified timeframe.

  4. Editorial Decision: The editorial team evaluates the reviewers' recommendations and the adequacy of manuscript revisions before deciding whether to accept or reject the manuscript.

Final publication decisions rest with the editorial team and are based on academic quality, peer-review recommendations, and compliance with the journal's editorial policies.

5. กำหนดการเผยแพร่ (Publication Frequency)

วารสารอัล-ฮิกมะฮฺเผยแพร่ในรูปแบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ปีละ 2 ฉบับ ได้แก่

  • ฉบับที่ 1: มกราคม–มิถุนายน

  • ฉบับที่ 2: กรกฎาคม–ธันวาคม

วารสารกำหนดจำนวนบทความที่เผยแพร่ประมาณ 15–25 บทความต่อฉบับ ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับคุณภาพบทความและการพิจารณาของกองบรรณาธิการ

AL-HIKMAH Journal is published electronically twice a year:

  • Issue 1: January–June

  • Issue 2: July–December

Each issue publishes approximately 15–25 articles, subject to manuscript quality and editorial approval.

6. ค่าธรรมเนียมการประเมินและตีพิมพ์บทความ (Article Processing Charges: APC)

วารสารกำหนดค่าธรรมเนียมการประเมินคุณภาพบทความและค่าธรรมเนียมการตีพิมพ์ โดยจำแนกตามประเภทผู้เขียนและภาษาของบทความ ดังนี้

ภาษาต่างประเทศตามอัตราค่าธรรมเนียม ได้แก่ ภาษาอังกฤษ ภาษามลายู (รูมีและยาวี) ภาษาอินโดนีเซีย และภาษาอาหรับ

เงื่อนไขการชำระค่าธรรมเนียม

  1. เมื่อบทความผ่านการคัดกรองเบื้องต้นและได้รับการยืนยันให้เข้าสู่กระบวนการประเมินโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ผู้เขียนต้องชำระค่าธรรมเนียมที่กำหนดภายใน 7 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับแจ้งจากวารสาร

  2. เมื่อบทความเข้าสู่กระบวนการประเมินโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิแล้ว วารสารขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่คืนค่าธรรมเนียมการประเมินบทความ ไม่ว่าผลการประเมินจะเป็นประการใด

  3. การชำระค่าธรรมเนียมไม่ถือเป็นการรับประกันว่าบทความจะได้รับการตีพิมพ์

  4. ผู้เขียนสามารถตรวจสอบรายละเอียดและช่องทางการชำระเงินได้จากประกาศหรือการแจ้งของกองบรรณาธิการ

AL-HIKMAH Journal charges manuscript evaluation and publication fees based on the author's institutional affiliation and the language of the manuscript.

Foreign-language manuscripts covered by this fee schedule include English, Malay (Rumi and Jawi scripts), Indonesian, and Arabic.

Payment Terms and Conditions

  1. Once a manuscript has passed the initial editorial screening and has been approved to proceed to peer review, the author must pay the applicable fee within seven days of receiving notification from the journal.

  2. Manuscript evaluation fees are non-refundable once the peer-review process has commenced, regardless of the final editorial decision.

  3. Payment of fees does not guarantee manuscript acceptance or publication.

  4. Payment instructions are provided through official announcements or communications from the editorial office.

7. นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว (Privacy Policy)

วารสารอัล-ฮิกมะฮฺให้ความสำคัญกับการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้เขียน ผู้ประเมิน และผู้ใช้งานระบบวารสาร ชื่อ ที่อยู่อีเมล และข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ได้รับผ่านระบบวารสารจะใช้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการบริหารจัดการต้นฉบับ การติดต่อประสานงาน การประเมินคุณภาพบทความ และการเผยแพร่ผลงานทางวิชาการเท่านั้น

วารสารจะไม่นำข้อมูลดังกล่าวไปใช้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์อื่นหรือเปิดเผยต่อบุคคลภายนอกที่ไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินงานของวารสาร

AL-HIKMAH Journal is committed to protecting the personal information of authors, reviewers, and registered users. Names, email addresses, and other personal information collected through the journal's website will be used exclusively for manuscript management, editorial correspondence, peer review, and scholarly publication activities.

Such information will not be used for unrelated purposes or disclosed to unauthorized third parties.

8. จริยธรรมการวิจัย (Research Ethics)

วารสารอัล-ฮิกมะฮฺให้ความสำคัญกับการดำเนินการวิจัยอย่างมีจริยธรรม โดยยึดหลักความซื่อสัตย์ทางวิชาการ การเคารพศักดิ์ศรีและสิทธิของมนุษย์ ความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม และการคุ้มครองผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกระบวนการวิจัย ทั้งนี้ ผู้เขียนต้องปฏิบัติตามหลักจริยธรรมการวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับลักษณะและระเบียบวิธีวิจัยของตน โดยมีแนวปฏิบัติดังต่อไปนี้

1. การรับรองจริยธรรมการวิจัยในมนุษย์ (Ethical Approval)

งานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผู้เข้าร่วมวิจัย เช่น การสัมภาษณ์ การสังเกต การใช้แบบสอบถาม การทดลอง และการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ต้องดำเนินการตามหลักจริยธรรมการวิจัยในมนุษย์ และได้รับการอนุมัติหรือการรับรองยกเว้นจากคณะกรรมการจริยธรรมการวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องตามข้อกำหนดที่ใช้บังคับ

2. การให้ความยินยอมของผู้เข้าร่วมวิจัย (Informed Consent)

ผู้วิจัยต้องให้ข้อมูลที่เพียงพอแก่ผู้เข้าร่วมวิจัยเกี่ยวกับวัตถุประสงค์ ขั้นตอน ประโยชน์ และความเสี่ยงที่อาจเกิดขึ้น รวมทั้งเคารพสิทธิในการตัดสินใจเข้าร่วมหรือถอนตัวจากการวิจัยโดยสมัครใจตามเงื่อนไขของโครงการวิจัย

3. การคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและความลับ (Privacy and Confidentiality)

ผู้วิจัยต้องดำเนินการเก็บรวบรวม จัดเก็บ วิเคราะห์ และนำเสนอข้อมูลโดยคำนึงถึงความเป็นส่วนตัวและการรักษาความลับของผู้เข้าร่วมวิจัย รวมถึงปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและข้อกำหนดที่เกี่ยวข้อง

4. การป้องกันความเสี่ยงและผลกระทบจากการวิจัย (Risk and Harm Prevention)

ผู้วิจัยต้องประเมินความเสี่ยงที่อาจเกิดขึ้นจากการดำเนินการวิจัย และกำหนดมาตรการป้องกันหรือลดผลกระทบต่อร่างกาย จิตใจ สังคม และความเป็นอยู่ของผู้เข้าร่วมวิจัย โดยเฉพาะการวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเด็ก เยาวชน และกลุ่มเปราะบาง

5. ความซื่อสัตย์และความโปร่งใสในการวิจัย (Research Integrity)

ผู้วิจัยต้องดำเนินการวิจัยและรายงานผลอย่างถูกต้อง โปร่งใส และตรวจสอบได้ โดยไม่สร้างข้อมูลเท็จ บิดเบือนผลการวิจัย คัดลอกผลงานของผู้อื่น หรือกระทำการใดที่ขัดต่อหลักจริยธรรมและความซื่อสัตย์ทางวิชาการ

6. การเคารพบริบททางสังคม ศาสนา และวัฒนธรรม (Respect for Social, Religious, and Cultural Contexts)

การวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับชุมชน ศาสนา วัฒนธรรม และกลุ่มประชากรที่มีอัตลักษณ์เฉพาะ ต้องเคารพความแตกต่างทางความเชื่อ คุณค่า และวิถีชีวิต โดยไม่ก่อให้เกิดการตีตรา การเลือกปฏิบัติ หรือผลกระทบที่ไม่เหมาะสมต่อบุคคลและชุมชนที่ศึกษา

7. การแสดงหลักฐานด้านจริยธรรมการวิจัย (Ethics Statement)

บทความวิจัยต้องระบุข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการรับรองจริยธรรมการวิจัยหรือการยกเว้นตามความเกี่ยวข้อง โดยแสดงชื่อคณะกรรมการหรือหน่วยงานที่พิจารณา และเลขที่หนังสือรับรองหรือเอกสารอ้างอิงที่สามารถตรวจสอบได้

สำหรับงานวิจัยที่ไม่เข้าข่ายต้องได้รับการพิจารณาจริยธรรม ผู้เขียนต้องชี้แจงเหตุผลและระบุแนวทางการดำเนินการวิจัยอย่างมีจริยธรรมตามความเหมาะสม ทั้งนี้ กองบรรณาธิการอาจขอเอกสารหรือคำชี้แจงเพิ่มเติมเพื่อประกอบการพิจารณาบทความ

AL-HIKMAH Journal is committed to promoting ethical research practices based on academic integrity, respect for human dignity and rights, social responsibility, and the protection of individuals involved in research. Authors must comply with ethical principles and requirements appropriate to the nature and methodology of their studies. The journal establishes the following guidelines:

1. Ethical Approval

Research involving human participants, including interviews, observations, questionnaires, experiments, and the collection of personal information, must comply with applicable human research ethics requirements and obtain approval or an exemption determination from an appropriate research ethics committee where required.

2. Informed Consent

Researchers must provide participants with sufficient information regarding the study's objectives, procedures, potential benefits, and risks. Participation must be voluntary, and participants' rights to refuse or withdraw from the study must be respected in accordance with the research protocol.

3. Privacy and Confidentiality

Researchers must protect participants' privacy and confidentiality throughout data collection, storage, analysis, and reporting. The handling of personal information must comply with applicable data protection laws and relevant ethical requirements.

4. Risk and Harm Prevention

Researchers must identify and assess potential risks associated with their studies and implement appropriate measures to prevent or minimize physical, psychological, and social harm, particularly when research involves children, adolescents, or vulnerable populations.

5. Research Integrity

Researchers must conduct their studies and report findings accurately, transparently, and responsibly. Data fabrication, falsification, plagiarism, and other forms of research misconduct are strictly prohibited.

6. Respect for Social, Religious, and Cultural Contexts

Research involving communities, religions, cultures, and populations with distinct identities must respect differences in beliefs, values, and ways of life. Researchers must avoid stigmatization, discrimination, and inappropriate adverse consequences for individuals and communities.

7. Ethics Statement

Research articles must provide relevant information regarding ethics approval or exemption, including the name of the reviewing committee or institution and the approval or reference number, where applicable.

For studies that do not require formal ethics review, authors must explain the basis for this determination and describe appropriate ethical safeguards. The editorial team may request additional documentation or clarification when necessary to assess compliance with research ethics requirements.

9. นโยบายลิขสิทธิ์ (Copyright Notice)

บทความและเนื้อหาทางวิชาการที่ได้รับการเผยแพร่ในวารสารอัล-ฮิกมะฮฺอยู่ภายใต้นโยบายลิขสิทธิ์ของวารสารมหาวิทยาลัยฟาฏอนี

การนำบทความ ข้อความ รูปภาพ ตาราง หรือเนื้อหาส่วนหนึ่งส่วนใดไปเผยแพร่ซ้ำหรือใช้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์อื่น ต้องได้รับอนุญาตเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรจากวารสารอัล-ฮิกมะฮฺก่อน เว้นแต่จะเป็นการใช้ที่กฎหมายอนุญาต

Articles and scholarly materials published in AL-HIKMAH Journal are subject to the journal's copyright policy under Fatoni University.

Reproduction, redistribution, republication, or other use of published articles, text, figures, tables, or related materials requires prior written permission from AL-HIKMAH Journal, except where otherwise permitted by applicable law.

10. หน่วยงานสนับสนุน (Publisher and Supporting Organization)

มหาวิทยาลัยฟาฏอนี เป็นหน่วยงานสนับสนุนการดำเนินงาน การบริหารจัดการ และการเผยแพร่ผลงานทางวิชาการของวารสารอัล-ฮิกมะฮฺ

Fatoni University, Thailand, serves as the supporting institution responsible for facilitating the academic publishing and journal management activities of AL-HIKMAH Journal.

11. ประวัติวารสาร (Journal History)

วารสารอัล-ฮิกมะฮฺเป็นวารสารวิชาการของมหาวิทยาลัยฟาฏอนี มุ่งเผยแพร่บทความวิจัยและบทความวิชาการในสาขาสังคมศาสตร์และมนุษยศาสตร์ โดยเน้นด้านการศึกษาและอิสลามานุวัตร ผ่านระบบวารสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ Thailand Journal Online (ThaiJO) เพื่อส่งเสริมการเข้าถึงองค์ความรู้และการแลกเปลี่ยนทางวิชาการทั้งในระดับชาติและนานาชาติ

AL-HIKMAH Journal is an academic journal published by Fatoni University, Thailand. It aims to disseminate research and academic articles in the social sciences and humanities, with a particular emphasis on education and Islamization-related studies.

The journal is published through the Thailand Journal Online (ThaiJO) platform to promote wider access to academic knowledge and facilitate scholarly communication at national and international levels.
