Developing Professional Learning Community for Enhancing Achievement of Basic Education
Abstract
The study was to development professional learning community (PLC) for enhancing achievement of Basic Education. Representation sample 1) Schools with best practices in development professional learning community such as 4 schools. 2) Experts with knowledge to professional learning community such as 7 people by purposive sampling. The data were collected by the In-depth interview research, Process professional learning community Evaluation form. Data were analyzed by frequency; IOC and content analysis for determine development process of professional learning community.
The result showed that development professional learning community (PLC) for enhancing achievement of Basic Education there are 6 main components, 21 sub-components and 35 operational processes. The Item Objective Congruence Index (IOC) was 0.99 and Item Congruence Index of process develop professional learning community (IOC) was 0.90.
