Abstract

The results showed high level of school administrator’s roles in the aspect of building staff


capacity also the effective teacher professional learning community in shared values and vision


have the highest mean. The results indicated that there is correlation between school


administrator’s roles with effective teacher professional learning community at the significant level of .05. The simple regression analysis shows that the role of school administrators can predict  effective teacher professional learning community at the significant level .05.
