The Development Strategy of Vocational Training Center in Lamphlai Sub-district, Thepha District, Songkhla Province
Abstract
This study aims to study the operational process of the Technician Training Center for Career and develop operational strategies Collect data from in-depth interviews and group discussions. The research results were found that operation process of the technician training center for career there is an informal human resource planning and lack of coordination with other related organizations. The Director become the core manager and involve the committee and members by those who influence the work of members Communication with members through meetings to create understanding and encourage action which gives freedom to members to perform tasks to make the work process as smooth as possible. The director to be the key management team with the participation. Communication with members through meetings to create understanding and encourage action. Which gives freedom to members to perform tasks to make the work process as smooth as possible. The strategies for developing mechanic training centers include 1) strategies for promoting roles of community leaders, religious leaders and natural leaders in relation to the center to be a mechanism to drive the process. 2) Proactive strategy. Changing the target audience and approaching the target group proactively. 3) Strategies to expand cooperation from agencies or organizations nearby. Will result in the operation of the driving center to continue.
