Abstract

This research aims to study the process of creating an integrated action plan for the campaign to reduce the use of plastic bags in Khon Kaen province and to study approach for the development of an integrated operational planning process for applying to the administration of local government organizations. This study will use participatory action research methods in conducting research which  the researcher will be part of the process of planning  together with the key informant groups. The researcher will collect data with participatory observation methods and focus group discussions. The study indicated that Local AdministrationOorganizations that participate in the implementation of the action plan, have integrated operations in various areas, including common goal setting, collaborative design, communication between each other and the announcement of the action plan. This study found that factors that contribute to the integration process in planning are collaboration agreements, co-respondsibility in planning and  all parties are responsible for the announcement of the plan.
