ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมการปฏิบัติตามกฎจราจรของผู้ขับขี่รถจักรยานยนต์ในจังหวัดสงขลา
Factors affecting Traffic Rule Compliance Behavior of Motorcycle Riders in Songkhla Province

ความนิยมการขับขี่รถจักรยานยนต์ที่เพิ่มมากขึ้นในประเทศไทยมีความสัมพันธ์อย่างใกล้ชิดกับจำนวนผู้ประสบอุบัติเหตุทางถนนทั่วประเทศ ซึ่งพบว่าร้อยละ 76 เกิดจากการใช้รถจักรยานยนต์และมักจะได้รับการบาดเจ็บอย่างรุนแรง การวิจัยครั้งนี้มุ่งอธิบายปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมการปฏิบัติตามกฎจราจร และพยากรณ์อิทธิพลคั่นกลางของเจตนาเชิงพฤติกรรมที่มีต่อความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการรับรู้ความสามารถในการควบคุมพฤติกรรมกับพฤติกรรมการปฏิบัติตามกฎจราจรของผู้ขับขี่รถจักรยานยนต์จังหวัดสงขลา โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลจากคนหนุ่มสาวที่ขับขี่รถจักรยานยนต์ในจังหวัดสงขลา จำนวน 590 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้เทคนิคโมเดลสมการโครงสร้างกำลังสองน้อยที่สุดบางส่วน ผลการวิจัยพบว่าโมเดลสมการโครงสร้างตามรูปแบบของทฤษฏีพฤติกรรมตามแผนสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของเจตนาเชิงพฤติกรรมและพฤติกรรมการปฏิบัติตามกฎจราจรได้ร้อยละ 77.6 และร้อยละ 65.3 ตามลำดับโดยเจตคติต่อพฤติกรรม และการคล้อยตามกลุ่มอ้างอิงมีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อเจตนาเชิงพฤติกรรม และการรับรู้ความสามารถในการควบคุมพฤติกรรมมีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อพฤติกรรมการปฏิบัติตามกฎจราจร นอกจากนี้ เจตนาเชิงพฤติกรรมมีอิทธิพลคั่นกลางความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการรับรู้ความสามารถในการควบคุมพฤติกรรมกับพฤติกรรมการปฏิบัติตามกฎจราจร ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้ยืนยันในเบื้องต้นว่าทฤษฎีพฤติกรรมตามแผนสามารถอธิบายพฤติกรรมการขับขี่รถจักรยานยนต์ของคนหนุ่มสาวได้เป็นอย่างดี
