A Confirmatory Factor Analysis of Entrepreneurial Competencies of School Administrator Under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Udon Thani

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาองคประกอบและตัวบ่งชี้สมรรถนะผูประกอบการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) เพื่อตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนของโมเดลตัวบ่งชี้สมรรถนะผูประกอบการของ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาอุดรธานี จำนวน 300 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน (Multi-stage random sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม มาตรวัดประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ที่มีค่าความเที่ยงตรงอยู่ระหว่าง 0.80-1.00 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.905 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลดำเนินการด้วยเทคนิคการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน (Confirmatory Factor Analysis) โดยใช้โปรแกรมสถิติสำเร็จรูปทางคอมพิวเตอร์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สมรรถนะผู้ประกอบการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มี 5 องค์ประกอบหลัก และ 15 ตัวบ่งชี้ ได้แก่ (1) การริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์เชิงนวัตกรรม มี 3 ตัวบ่งชี้ (2) การจัดการความเสี่ยง มี 3 ตัวบ่งชี้ (3) การบริหารจัดการที่มีประสิทธิภาพ มี 3 ตัวบ่งชี้ (4) ทักษะเชิงสังคมผู้ประกอบการ มี 3 ตัวบ่งชี้ และ (5) แรงจูงใจในการบรรลุความสำเร็จ มี 3 ตัวบ่งชี้ นอกจากนี้ ผลการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างพบว่า โมเดลองค์ประกอบสมรรถนะผู้ประกอบการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มีความสอดคลองกลมกลืนกับขอมูลเชิงประจักษ์ซึ่งมีค่า x2= 91.6, df = 74, P-Value = 0.081, RMSEA = 0.028, SRMR = 0.020, CFI = 0.996, TLI = 0.994
