Teamworking of Academic Supporting Staff of Suan Sunandha Rajaphat University

The objectives of this research were to study the perceptions on teamwork of academic supporting staffs of the Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, and to compare academic supporting staffs’ perceptions on the teamwork of academic supporting staffs of the Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, classified by gender, age, and work experience. This research is a quantitative research. The samples of this study are 285 Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University academic supporting staffs by using the of purposive sampling method. The data were collected by questionnaires. The statistics used for the data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and one-way ANOVA by using F test or Brown-Forsythe test. The research found that: 1) The overall and five aspects of perceptions on the teamwork of academic supporting staffs of the Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University were at high level, as follows: appropriate leadership, sound procedures, support and trust, agreed goals, and balanced roles, respectively, and 2) The perceptions on the teamwork of academic supporting staffs of the Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University with different gender were not significant different; the perceptions on the teamwork of academic supporting staffs of the Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University with different ages were different in overall, balanced roles, agreed goals, appropriate leadership, and sound procedures aspects at .05 level of significance, and the perceptions on the teamwork of academic supporting staffs the Suan Sunandha Rajabha University with different work experiences were different in overall, balanced roles, agreed goals, support and trust, appropriate leadership, and sound procedures aspects at .05 level of significance.
