The purposes of this research are 1) To study the level of school administration with international standards and management education Thailand 4.0 in schools under Bangkok Primary Educational Service Area Office; 2) To compare with the age classification and school administration with international standards and management education Thailand 4.0 in schools under Bangkok Primary Educational Service Area Office; 3) To compare with the classification by work experience and school administration with international standards and management education Thailand 4.0 in schools under Bangkok Primary Educational Service Area Office; 4) To study the guidelines for school administration with international standards and management education Thailand 4.0 in schools under Bangkok Primary Educational Service Area Office. The samples used in this research were director, deputy director, department head, and teacher, 11 schools, 285 persons.
The research indicates that
- Overall, school administration with international standards and management education Thailand 4.0 in schools under Bangkok Primary Educational Service Area Office is at a high level, as follows, the learners have characteristics and learning skills in the 21st century, the aspect of teaching and learning comparable with international standards, and quality system management. When considering each item found that learners have characteristics and learning skills in the 21st century, including administrators who have vision and are able to manage the school to achieve the school's vision.
- The comparison differences of age and work experience between groups and within the group, was found that there were statistically significant differences. When the pair comparison of age and work experience with LSD method, found that age range and work experience period of each period affecting the school administration according to international standards with statistically significant p≤ .05
- The development guidelines for school administration with International Standards and Management Education Thailand 4.0 in schools under Bangkok Primary Educational Service Area Office were there should be exchanges of management knowledge both domestically and internationally, there is a knowledge management system (KM) and creation of innovations distributed both domestically and internationally and teachers could be able to use foreign languages to communicate by attending various courses, giving teachers the opportunity to learn about work to develop oneself and organization appropriately, including being able to seek mobilize various resources to develop excellence in educational management which could be managed flexibly according to the needs and necessities.
