Organization Effectiveness

Abstract

The objective of this article was to present the concept of Organization Effectiveness. This article was gaining the attention of government sector, private sector, and state enterprise sector, created good effectiveness for the organization and met the highest goals of the organization. The concepts of Organization Effectiveness Measures had 4 approaches: (1) Goal attainment approach, (2) System approach, (3) Strategic constituencies approach and (4) the competing-value approach.
