The success of modern instruction for the development of learners to workforce 4.0 of computer teachers in Computer Systems and Maintenance Course in Roi Kaen Sarasin Group

Abstract

      The objectives of this research are to study: (1) Characteristics of modern instruction for the development of learners to workforce 4.0 (2) the level of opinions on factors of modern instruction and success in modern instruction for the development of learners to workforce 4.0 (3) the causal relationship between general information instruction and modern instruction factors affecting the success of modern instruction of teachers to the workforce 4.0.
       The research sample totaling 400 instructors of computer systems and computer maintenance courses, academic year 2020, educational institutions of the Roi Kaen Sarasin Group using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the structural modeling analysis technique.
       The research results show that:
       1. The characteristics of modern instruction for the development of learners to workforce 4.0 are teaching via the Internet via the video conference system at 67.0%, followed by On-demand teaching via the school website at 17.8 % and on-site at 15.3%, respectively.
       2. The opinion level on factors of modern instruction and the success of modern instruction for the  development of learners to workforce 4.0 overall was at a high level, as follows: having vision, seeing opportunities for success, teaching and learning to develop students to workforce 4.0, followed by being able to manage time, flexible but efficiency learning. Able to solve immediate problems that arise in a timely manner and with efficiency management, respectively.
       3. The causal relationship between general information instruction and modern instruction factors affecting the success of modern instruction of teachers to the workforce 4.0 was found positive at a high level at .01 level of significance.
