The educational innovative organization is an organization or educational organization; have the educational management innovation and instructional management innovation new era that adapted or develops new things in the creative process, searching new methods, using technologies, and new management. That causes a change from the original and occurs new things which different and better efficiently and effectively on goals and higher goals of excellent organization. Therefore, administrators must be professional, have the vision to establish the direction of the organization, innovative leadership, digital leadership and instructional leadership, have significant roles in new strategic management, and use new technology and innovation management in accord with the environment which makes a new transition and the most benefits to the organization and students that accepted by the organization, communities, and societies.
