Integrated Collaboration in the Community Enterprise of Nong Ga Pattana Samakkee Agricultural Housewife Group in Pran Buri Subdistrict, Pran Buri District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province

Abstract

This article is a compilation of the findings from the research about the integrated collaboration in the Community Enterprise of Nong Ga Pattana Samakkee Agricultural Housewife Group in Pran Buri Subdistrict, Pran Buri District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. To understand the operation of the integrated collaboration in the community enterprise of Nong Ga Pattana Samakkee Agricultural Housewife Group and to study the problems and obstacles in the operation of the integrated collaboration in the community enterprise of Nong Ga Pattana Samakkee Agricultural Housewife Group, the researcher did both documentary research and an in-depth interview. The result of this study indicates that the government sector has been supporting the operation of the Nong Ga Pattana Samakkee Agricultural Housewife Group’s community enterprise. It helps develop the community by establishing a strong foundation in the community and focusing on improving the supporting factors which suit the condition of the community, relying mainly on the existing local wisdom and resources. The government encourages the community enterprise to run their businesses interdependdently within the community and to establish a network both within the community and with related enterprises to further develop, receive outside supports, and create collaboration. The community is well responded to the government sector’s policy. They improved their personnel and their organization and brought innovations in to help in the process of production and packaging. Their products are certified by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), assuring that the products are credible, uncontaminated, and safe to consume. In addition, they plan their operation by distributing the work based on each individual’s specialty and dividing the responsibilities into separated sectors which are ingredient provider, production, packaging, accounting, marketing, and management.
